Getting Started

Welcome to ShaneyLou's! I guess once I hit that publish button, I will officially be a blogger!
So, I have decided that to start things off, I would start with something yummy. My niece had to work on the 4th of July, so she gave her husband instructions on what they were taking to the BBQ and how to make it. It was very good (MUCH better than the potato salad he also made). I hope you all enjoy as much as we all did.

Berried Delight

1-1/2 cups HONEY MAID Graham Cracker Crumbs
1/4 cup  sugar
6 Tbsp. butter or margarine, melted
1 pkg.  (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
2 Tbsp. cold milk
1 tub  (8 oz.) COOL WHIP Whipped Topping, thawed, divided
4 cups fresh strawberries, halved
2 pkg.  (3.4 oz. each) JELL-O Vanilla Flavor Instant Pudding
3-1/2 cups cold milk
MIX graham crumbs, sugar and butter in 13x9-inch pan; press onto bottom of pan. Refrigerate until ready to use. BEAT cream cheese and 2 Tbsp. milk in large bowl with whisk until well blended. Stir in half the COOL WHIP; spread over crust. Top with berries. Whisk pudding mixes and 3-1/2 cups milk 2 min.; pour over berries. REFRIGERATE 4 hours. Spread with remaining COOL WHIP just before serving.   http://www.kraftrecipes.com/recipes/berried-delight-50125.aspx
